Falcons vs Patriots: Fred Taylor has 100 Yard Day | NFL Player Rankings

Atlanta Falcons v New England Patriots
This was a big game for the Patriots as the New York Jets are now leading the division. In this rainy game, Tom Brady struggled early on as the offense continued their problems scoring touchdowns against the Falcons.

Fred Taylor has Strong Game

It only made sense that the Patriots would try to run the ball more with Brady struggling with his mechanics. Fred Taylor carried the football 21 times for 105 yards and a nice touchdown run.

Look for the Patriots to continue running the ball more as Brady needs to get his timing back.

Brady missed Randy Moss a few times on deep passes that they would have hooked up on, if Brady was healthy.

Michael Turner is Struggling

If fantasy football owners are going to have a solid season from Michael Turner, he needs to step his game up. Last week he had a good game with 105 yards rushing and a touchdown, but that's been his only strong game so far.

Today, Turner had a key fumble late in the first half that killed a big drive. That momentum shift gave the Patriots all they needed, and they never looked back.

I do believe Turner will still have a solid year overall, but he will probably continue his slow play for the first half of the season.
