Eagles- Falcons: Michael Vick Returns to Atlanta | NFL Fantasy Football Rankings

The Eaglesplayed the Falcons at a perfect time in their schedule as Matt Ryan and Michael Turner were both out due to injury. Because of these key injuries, the Eagles rolled over the Falcons in a very easy blowout victory.

Michael Vick Returns

Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick made his first appearance to his old home team, and he played at different times during the game. Vick's highlight moment was his five yard touchdown run in the third quarter.

Vick hasn't been much of an impact player this year, but today he did see action with the touchdown run and a touchdown pass.

Look for the Eagles to give Vick opportunities to put games away when they take leads like they did in this game. That may not happen again, but I would expect the Eagles to keep working Vick into the teams play selection, inside the red zone.

That Was Pathetic

LeSean McCoy, Jason Avant and the Falcons team in general let fantasy football owners down in this game. Sure, Roddy White had a good game but other than that it was a complete disaster for fantasy owners with player's, they needed in the final regular season week.

McCoy has to be the biggest disappointment as he compiled just two rushing yards in the game. For a game that was a blowout and a clear game for rushing the football, fantasy owners expected a lot more from this runner.

It will be hard to start him next week and week's to come for fantasy as the Eagles seem content with giving others the ball more than McCoy.

As far as the Falcons are concerned, I wouldn't recommend you start anyone other than White. We need to see if Ryan and Turner can come back and play well before they or anyone else on this team is a fantasy option.
